One week after Gerrit does a face plant onto my coffee table while trying semi-successfully to remove his shirt, Van Culin performs an encore Saturday.
Gerrit’s tumble ended up causing more of a mess to our carpet than to his pride as his spill, well, spilled red candle wax on the floor. Gerrit recovered however and saved himself from ending up on the floor as well. Van Culin didn’t.
Van Culin landed completely flat on his face while trying to leave the downstairs living room. I’m not sure how it happened. It’s possible he tripped on the coffee table leg, but it’s just as possible that his legs quit working. Especially after witnessing the old-man incident that occurred at the Ci’ao bar later that night.

Movie stars, rock stars, TV stars, reality stars … and Internet stars.
It seems like everyone is out to grasp their 15 minutes of fame. And every two weeks it seems like there’s a new who’s who on YouTube, the latest being Chris Crocker of “Leave Britney Alone” fame, who recently signed a development deal.
Even I have a blog and post photos on the Internet, so I can’t be too critical of these people.
Those who broadcast their lives online all day via video feed however, well, I’ll let you make your own judgments.

Tiffany and I spent Labor Day weekend in Cincinnati to visit friends Nick & Kim and take in the city’s annual Riverfest and WEBN Fireworks.
Take Columbus’ Comfest and Red White and Boom, multiply them by 10, mix them together and cram them into a 1-day event, and you end up with Riverfest.
And though we personally missed all of the shenanigans by the river and watched the fireworks on a television of the Cadillac Ranch, we still had a lot of fun.
That’s right, we drove down to Cincinnati to watch the fireworks on television.

Great news for the male sex as results of a study released today indicate that the percentage of male births is on the decline.
The University of Pittsburgh study found significantly less boys being born relative to girls in the United States and Japan.
Researchers note the decline equates to 135,000 fewer white males born in the United States over the past 3 decades. Which means 135,000 extra females are fighting for that lessened male pool.
So enjoy the good times now, men. Go pick yourself up a Jessica Biel. Yes, even you Van Culin. And you too Plamper.
It won’t be long until the men die off completely, making earth 100% female. And they’ll rewrite history to make Planet of Women the #1 band of all time. And they’ll soon develop amazonian qualities.
