Funeral services scheduled for Sunday

From Derick Dixon:

For those of you who have not heard, Spencer Wildasin passed away last Sunday 4-6-08 between 3:00 to 6:00 am. He was on vacation in Las Vegas, NV, and fell from a catwalk in the auditorium at the Flamingo Hotel. Further details have been difficult to obtain. My condolences go out to everyone as Spencer was a very close friend of mine and I feel your sadness. Spencer led a great life and brought friendship and happiness in to the lives of many friends and family. He will be greatly missed.

Below are the funeral arrangements for Spencer. I know many of his friends are out of state and may not be able to make it for the funeral. The address is listed so flowers can be sent if you cannot attend. Justin Jackson is forwarding the info to the Pike distribution list … Please forward this info to anyone who knew Spencer or e-mail me with questions (dpd6328@aol.com).

Brothers, friends mourn loss of Wildasin

It is with a heavy heart that I must report that fraternity brother Spencer Wildasin passed away recently while on vacation in Las Vegas.

Information from two sources indicates that the death was caused by a fall.

The funeral will be held later this week in Dayton. More information on exact time and place will be published here when it is available.

Fraternity brothers John Price, Andy Bell and Jon Van Culin will be attending the service. If you are a brother or friend that would like to be put in contact with either of the three, contact me and I will provide you with their phone numbers.

If you have more information that would be helpful, don’t hesitate to leave a comment below.

UPDATE: Sepencer’s sister was kind enough to add me to the funeral contact list, so I should know those details as soon as they’re official. Keep checking back.
