Everybody’s favorite Ohio State University band of the late 90s, O.A.R. — no hard feelings Red Wanting Blue — are celebrating their homecoming tonight in Columbus at the Lifestyle Communities Pavilion, or “The LC” if you’re nasty. And their making local fans pay more for the pleasure.
One ticket will cost you $34.50 and if you buy them through Satan Ticketmaster and pick them up via will call, expect to shell out $41.75. Take a friend and expect to pay $83.50.

The Columbus Alive named Gaunt’s Krytonite the best Columbus album of the last 30 years. My colleague and former intern Chris Deville compiled the top 100 entries.
I’ve never heard the album, so I’m going to have to get my hands on it. Other notable albums on the list (i.e. bands I’ve hard of) are Earwig’s Perfect Past Tense at no. 8, Howlin’ Maggie’s Honeysuckle Strange at no. 17, O.A.R.’s The Wanderer at no. 23 and Watershed’s The More It Hurts, The More It Works at no. 69.
Bands not appearing on the list are Red Wanting Blue, The Pike Band and House of Cards.
