Slowly expanding my Blu-Ray collection. Amazon usually has pretty good deals. I told Tiff that if she watched “Ironman” with me, I’d watch “Sex and the City” with her. I’m sure I’m getting the short end of the deal — maybe there will be boobs in it.

Nearly two years after the Xbox 360 was launched on Nov. 22, 2005, I finally broke down and purchased one for myself on Friday.
I had been waiting for the dust to settle between the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 war in order to see which system came out on top. Not to mention the surprising success of the Nintendo Wii, which I still haven’t yet played. Knowing that Nintendo games tend to angle themselves a little more towards a younger audience, I knew it would come down to the Xbox or PS3.
Even now, there is no clear-cut winner. I had been feeding my gaming addiction with healthy doses of World of Warcraft and Command & Conquer 3: Tibirium Wars on my PC over the past year. But my itch to get a high-end console was getting too strong to ignore.
