Tiffany’s Lost Years

I’m not sure what this is from, except some year of Tiffany’s college life. It looks like a dorm room so probably her freshman or sophomore year around 2000. One of her friends uploaded this photo and tagged her on Facebook.

Tiff’s on the left. Things to note:

1) Look at those pants.
2) The “Kiss Hot Tiffany” sign. We need an explanation. It looks like it’s cut off so perhaps it says:
