Where do Favre and Vick rank now?

According to ESPN’s quarterback rankings for fantasy football, after two Favre “retirements,” he’s still the 17th-best QB in the game. Vick comes in at no. 42, which means they’re saying he’s basically the 10th-best backup QB. Favre will be drafted on Saturday. Vick won’t. OK, he could be drafted by Sean.
