Here’s my landlord’s request when I told him we got a puppy:
$250.00 non refundable deposit (You mean fee?)
$40.00 per month rent increase

Additional paperwork to be read and signed
To be fair, we kinda violated the lease. It said no pets unless we have written consent from the landlord. Oops.
