Columbus police are defending themselves from acquisitions of entrapment after using a topless girl in a park to lure perverted men.
Berliner Park, which is located southwest of German Village across High Street, has had problems with men having sex or masturbating in the park.
According to ABC News, off-duty firefighter Robin Garrison was walking in the park when he noticed the topless woman under a tree. He approached her and they chatted for a while. In a display of comfort, the woman at one point put her foot on Garrison’s shoulder.
The woman asked if she could see Garrison’s penis and he obliged.
That’s when the cops swarmed.
The woman reportedly was not affiliated with police and was not asked to take part in the sting.
