Still waiting for the right time to upgrade your PC from Windows XP or Office 2003 the the latest Ultimate versions?

Now may be that time as Microsoft is offering the upgraded software for free. The catch? You must take part in the Windows Feedback Program.

Besides taking the occasional survey, Microsoft will ask you to install a small program that records your everyday use so that the company may use it to improve future versions of the products.

If privacy issues are important to you and or you’ve pirated most of your software already, the deal may not sounds very exciting. But if you’ve got nothing to hide and trust Microsoft with your information, than now may be the perfect time to upgrade.

Honestly, I don’t think Microsoft cares that you have Hollywood M.I.L.F.s 12 saved on your hard drive.

UPDATE: Microsoft withdrew its offer of free software on Tuesday because demand caused by the offer hitting the blog circle became too great.
