‘Dead’ Man Wakes Up During Autopsy
A man declared dead in Venezuela after a highway accident woke up during his autopsy according to a report yesterday by Reuters.
Carlos Camejo, 33, woke up in the morgue with severe pain while an examiner was cutting into his chin.
While making the incision, the examiner noticed the supposed corpse started bleeding, which, for those that don’t watch CSI, isn’t supposed to happen. The examiner quickly started stitching the incision back up before Camejo woke up.
His wife showed up to the morgue to identify the dead body but instead found her husband alive with a new scar and a copy of his own order of autopsy.
