Will Ferrell and Adam McKay’s Gary Sanchez Productions has launched a new video-upload site targeted at hilarity.

FunnyOrDie.com allows users to upload videos and vote on whether the video is funny or not. Those videos that earn enough “Die” votes, are moved to “The Crypt.”

As if this blog posting, the site was very slow going due to a massive amount of hits the site is receiving from Digg.com or elsewhere.

The site had posted this explanation:

“Way too many people are blowing off work to look at our videos.
If the videos are slow or missing, your boss wants you to go back to work and try later!”

The site may be hard pressed to compete with similar video-upload sites like YouTube, but it’s worth a look.

Another site that may be worth donating a couple seconds of your life is InsultMatic.com. Just click a button and the Web site will insult you. You can also submit your own insult.

On my fifth click of the InsultMatic button, the Web site called me a Republican.

Damn you, InsultMatic!!!
